Due to the technical and industrial nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Customization: Many of our hoses and sheets are cut to specific lengths or customized per client requirements.
- Safety & Certification: Once a product leaves our controlled facility, we cannot re-certify its integrity for resale to another client.
- Logistics: The weight and specialized handling of industrial rubber make return transit prone to damage.

- Report: Notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery.

- Resolution: If a manufacturing fault is verified by our technical team, we will issue a free replacement of the specific item.
